Before I knew better, I used to occasionally swim in this water, near Mt. Pisgah. Unfortunately, this waterway carries a lot of agricultural runoff. This is still one of my favorite spots for skipping stones.

- If I could have the vocation of my choosing, I would either be a farmer or a teacher of urban gardening. Alas, I am neither of these things, yet! I live in the Pacific Northwest and food security and sustainability are my passions.
