B & B

Images of the Oval Door, a downtown bed and breakfast on Lawrence street (I've forgotten the cross street--maybe Broadway?). Eugene has several B & Bs, but this is one of only a couple that really interest me.

Ah, the Oval Door--I used to live next door!

I'm unable to respond with a rhyme. I'm glad you're still checking the site out. Yours is kicking some ass.

The Oval Door is in a great, walkable area of town. That said, the B & B itself (and probably any B & B for that matter) is a bit pricey for me. Still, I wonder what it would be like to stay at a B & B in your own town. Huh.

Well, see, that's not really much of a rhyme. Rhyming "door" with "door" seems pretty weak to me. I'm supposed to be all poetic and stuff...

I'm not saying it's your best work. Still, it has its own meter and rhythm, if not true rhyme.

Have you been poetic much yet this summer?
