Can someone tell me what kind of bird this is? I've consulted my Birds of Oregon book and can't find a listing for anything like it. This city bird decided to cool its feet.

- If I could have the vocation of my choosing, I would either be a farmer or a teacher of urban gardening. Alas, I am neither of these things, yet!
